Vantage Ireland, the PTx Trimble-authorized distributor, is seeking a Service Manager to join their team. This role combines service management and stock control, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and coordinate daily service, fitting and warranty operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical engineers.
  • Be the first point of contact for support cases, solving as many over the phone/TeamViewer where practical before delegating.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
  • Develop and implement service procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review support cases.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics.

**Stock Management Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate stock orders and deliveries.
  • Perform regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement strategies for efficient stock management.

**Qualifications:**
