Vantage Ireland, the PTx Trimble-authorized distributor, is seeking a Service Manager to join their team. This role combines service management and stock control, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate daily service, fitting and warranty operations.
- Lead and manage a team of technical engineers.
- Be the first point of contact for support cases, solving as many over the phone/TeamViewer where practical before delegating.
- Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
- Develop and implement service procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review support cases.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
**Stock Management Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate stock orders and deliveries.
- Perform regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
- Implement strategies for efficient stock management.
**Qualifications:**
