Job Description: Due to the continued growth in Vantage Ireland, we are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team. This role combines service management and stock control, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This full-time role is based at the Vantage Ireland Office in Bishopstown, Cork.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management:

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily service, fitting and warranty operations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of technical engineers.
  3. Be the first point of contact for support cases, solving as many over the phone/TeamViewer where practical before delegating.
  4. Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.
  5. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
  6. Develop and implement service procedures and policies.
  7. Conduct regular team meetings to review support cases.
  8. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery.
  9. Monitor and report on service performance metrics.

Stock Management:

  1. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  2. Coordinate stock orders and deliveries.
  3. Perform regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
  4. Implement strategies for efficient stock management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in service management.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Proficiency in inventory management software.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
