As a Service Resilience Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the resilience and robustness of our critical services, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain services that can withstand and quickly recover from disruptions. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to improve the resilience and reliability of our critical services. Design, deploy, and manage systems and processes for monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Conduct risk assessments to actively identify weaknesses, risks and vulnerable areas across our critical systems and processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to build and maintain resilient architectures. Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Resilience Engineer or similar role in a large enterprise environment (5+ Years). Strong understanding of system architectures, cloud services, and networking principles. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., App Dynamics, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
