Our client, a prestigious global HVAC company is looking for a Service Team Leader to join their team in Dublin. Ensuring that the team and clients are supported throughout the project life cycle, utilising your exceptional leadership skills and HVAC (or facilities) knowledge. Job Responsibilities: * Acting as the primary liaison for customers, the service department, and technicians * Coordinate inspections, site surveys, and service requests * Oversee the teams within installation, configuration, modification, and repair of equipment and systems * Identify processes, procedures to enable more efficient ways of working. Key Competencies: * Experience in the HVAC industry or facilities management * People focused, team leadership * Project management experience with commercial awareness (desirable) * Proficient in coordinating multiple tasks and managing conflicting priorities * Engineering degree or experience working in technical engineering role * UK Driver’s licence Due to the nature of the role, candidates must reside in Ireland.
