Candidates must reside in the United States of America.About The Client:Our client specializes in delivering top-tier IT solutions. They are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join the team. This role requires a passion for understanding client requirements and providing timely, effective solutions.ServiceNow Key Responsibilities:Fully understand and analyze client requirements to provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.Gather and evaluate business needs to design and implement efficient ServiceNow architectures.Lead the requirements-gathering process, ensuring all stakeholder needs are documented and addressed.Participate in proposal presentations, demonstrating the value and capabilities of ServiceNow solutions to potential clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, industry trends, and best practices.Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years in the ServiceNow platform, with at least 4 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.Experience supporting federal contracts is highly desirable.Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and customizations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients and stakeholders.If you're a fit for the role, contact Will Robertson at Reperio Human Capital. #J-18808-Ljbffr
