Seeking experienced Service Now Project Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Service Now implementation projects and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, configuring and customizing Service Now modules, and providing training and support to end-users.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience with Service Now implementations, strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, excellent project management skills, and Service Now certifications.
Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience with Agile methodologies, are also required.
