Job Description
Our client is a well known and reputable building contractor based in Dublin, They're looking for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join their team for a 3-month contract. Responsibilities: * Conduct precise setting out activities in accordance with project specifications and drawings. * Ensure accurate measurements and alignment of structures, foundations, and utilities. * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met. * Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship. * Maintain comprehensive records of site activities, measurements, and as-built drawings. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. In return, our client is offering: £60k - £70k per year. Contract Length: 3 months
