Setting-Out Engineer A Setting-out Engineer required for a Main Building Contractor to work on our Clients project based in South Dublin. The appointed Setting-out Engineer will assume the responsibility of supervising a residential project. Duties: Setting-out. Subcontractor management. Site supervision of various trades and contractors. Maintain strong health and safety standards. Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate. Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract. Liaising with subcontractors, clients and other professional staff. Requirements: 1 year + experience of setting-out on building projects in Ireland or UK. Strong Setting-out Experience. Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering. Fully conversant with the use of robotic Total Station, EDM instruments & GPS to complete accurate set out.
