Job Description

We're looking for an individual to join our Share Point division as a Share Point Administrator. This role involves monitoring the support queue, updating contracts, and supporting current customers by resolving tickets. The ideal candidate has support and/or consulting experience in Microsoft space, a working knowledge of Share Point Online, Teams, One Drive for Business, Power Platform, and Copilot, and is technically minded with good problem-solving and communication skills.


Monitoring the support queue and updating the support contract list.
Supporting current customers who use our Office 365 solutions by working with Customer Service and the Modern Workplace team to resolve tickets.
Proper setup and use of Share Point environments, running reports on Share Point tenant, and troubleshooting common Share Point-related issues.
Correct permissions allocation, proper use of One Drive for Business, and migrating clients to Share Point and Teams.
Tenant level settings analysis, build intranets and extranets, and design engaging communications portals.
Developing applications using the Power Platform and ensuring clients are trained to the highest standards.


Well-presented with an attention for detail.
Understanding of proper reporting and escalation paths, and strong analytic, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple support tickets/projects/tasks, and identify and escalate issues when necessary.
Some experience in Share Point Online, One Drive, Power Platform, and Teams, and understanding of HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript, and .NET is preferable.
General web design concepts and using graphics tools like Photoshop is desirable.
