Job Description
Seeking a SHE Manager to champion health, safety, and environmental management in a fast-paced FMCG environment, driving down accidents and improving performance.
Negotiable salary based on experience. Bonus, VHI, and pension benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Champion health, safety, and environmental management on site, promoting a developing safety culture.
- Ensure EH&S key performance indicators are integrated into overall site performance reporting.
- Act as expert resource on health, safety, environmental, and employer liability claims issues.
- Champion improvements in driving down accidents, managing near misses, and improving employers liability claims performance.
- Implement internal health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage environmental budget, including manning budget for on-site environmental team and chemical budget.
Requirements:
- Experience in EHS management.
- Environmental and Health and Safety degree or equivalent.
- Exposure to and knowledge of EHS within a high-speed production and processing environment.
