Exciting opportunity for a SHE Manager to join a successful FMCG in Longford. Negotiable salary DOE. Bonus. VHI. Pension. Responsibilities: Champion Health, Safety & Environmental management on site and actively promote a developing safety culture within the site. Ensure that EH&S key performance indicators are fully integrated into, and properly reflected, in overall site performance reporting. Act as the sites expert resource on all health, safety, environmental and employer liability claims issues. Champion the need for improvements year on year in driving down accidents, management of near misses and in improving the sites employers liability claims performance. Implement internal health, safety and environmental standards. Environmental Budget including manning budget for on site environmental team /chemical budget. Requirements: Experience in EHS Management. Environmental and Health and Safety degree or equivalent. Exposure to and knowledge of EHS within a high speed production and processing environment.
