We are seeking a SHEQ Manager to oversee Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management systems across our wastewater treatment plants, repair and maintenance frameworks, and inspection processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead, implement, and maintain SHEQ management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) across all operations. Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including site operations and engineering, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Update and enhance SHEQ policies and procedures to meet evolving industry standards. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions. Oversee quality control and assurance processes, managing both internal and external audits. Lead SHEQ training programs to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols. Play a critical role in emergency response plans, ensuring readiness for potential hazards. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety. 5-7 years of experience in SHEQ management within wastewater treatment, utilities, or similar industries. Expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Proven leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams in an operational and maintenance environment. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and wastewater treatment processes. Experience with ATEX regulations to ensure safety in explosive atmospheres. Why Join Us?
