As a Shift Leader, you will support in the running of the store – leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food. Via our incentive ‘Nero 90’, our Baristas and Shift Leaders also have the opportunity to receive an additional 15c per hour, if their store collectively achieves the Customer Satisfaction score.
