We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to manage our Londis store and Subway outlet, providing excellent customer service and leading a team of staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of productivity
• Control and maintain stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Manage the store's opening and closing procedures, including key holding and security
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff, including induction and ongoing training
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
**Requirements**
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
