Job Description
Join our client as a Shift Technician in their Plastics Manufacturing sector. You will report to the Production Manager, maintaining production machinery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working a Four-cycle shift pattern.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and materials handling systems for injection and blow moulding machines.
- Carry out repairs on equipment like grinders, conveyors, and finishing cells.
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery.
- Report downtime and quality issues.
- Participate in improvement projects and equipment analysis.
Requirements:
- Maintenance Technician qualification.
- Experience in a similar Manufacturing environment.
- Electrical and mechanical process issue resolution.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Proactive approach to daily duties.
