**Key Responsibilities:**
Ensure customer satisfaction is the number one priority by greeting each customer as if it's their first visit to the store and consistently deliver an exceptional service by displaying I-CARE service excellence behaviours;
Deal with transactions in a speedy and efficient manner at checkout;
Manage queues and report any scanning issues at the checkouts to the Store Manager;
Stay up-to-date with offers, promotions and product ranges in Store;
Offer advice and make personal recommendations to customers where relevant;
Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience;
Deal with customer queries and complaints politely, professionally and consistent with store policy;
Maintain a high standard of store presentation, including stock rotation and merchandising;
Adhere to all company hygiene, HACCP and food safety procedures;
Wear full uniform, name badge and present a neat and tidy appearance at all times;
Follow all Store rules, policies and procedures at all times;
Familiarise yourself with and comply with all Health & Safety regulations and report any breaches to store management;
Perform any other duties or assume any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
