Shop Floor Manager Job In Dublin

**About the Role** Tesco is seeking a Shop Floor Manager to support and lead a team of colleagues to deliver the best 'home' shopping trip for customers.

**Key Responsibilities** • Create an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers • Be responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are not present • Ensure the team is fully trained and validated in their role • Coach and manage colleagues to enable them to deliver their daily priorities • Review reports and systems to deliver improvements for customers and colleagues • Drive a culture of zero food waste and manage date codes • Manage stock control activities and processes • Root cause any incorrect prices and ensure customers are charged the correct price • Recognise when colleagues provide great service and give feedback where necessary

**Requirements** For this role, you will have a demonstrated track record of: • Being passionate about delivering the right way for customers and colleagues • Being adaptable and agile in your thinking • Delivering key objectives in a fast-paced environment • Shaping and influencing at the most senior level • Previous Retail Experience in a similar role
