Job Description
Enable Ireland seeks a highly-motivated part-time Shop Manager to join its team in Finglas, Dublin 11. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the shop in the context of an agreed work plan and financial targets
- Train, supervise and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary
- Ensure the appearance of the shop is attractive to customers and in line with brand standards
Requirements:
- Fashion retail experience
- Excellent leadership and motivational experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in the state
- Strong commercial experience
Benefits:
- Permanent contract
- 24 or 32 hours per week (to be agreed with successful candidate)
- Salary scale: €17,940 - €23,920 per annum
- 2% profit share and bonus (pro rata) if targets are met

- 22 days plus 2 gift days pro rata per annum
