Shop Manager role in Ballinasloe, Galway, working 30 hours per week, with a salary range of €18.07 per hour, requiring 3 years of experience in customer-facing retail environments.

The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing a recently refurbished shop in Ballinasloe, working with a team of 14 shops in the West region and an Order Fulfilment Centre. The ideal candidate will have solid retail experience, a proven track record in achieving targets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Leaving Certificate level education
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail environment
- Experience of managing and working with a diverse team of people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Competent in IT packages, including Excel, Word, EPOS, and Microsoft 365
- A positive outlook with resilience and persistence in the face of barriers and setbacks
