Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of their showroom. This role involves managing staff, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining showroom standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Direct, and supervise the showroom team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Facilitate regular training sessions to boost team expertise and conduct performance reviews to provide constructive feedback. Create a customer-centric atmosphere, ensuring that all clients receive top-notch service. Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business. Manage all sales operations within the showroom, ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance revenue, and track performance metrics to keep senior management informed. Maintain the showrooms cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal. Oversee the management of product displays and handle stock control to ensure a well-stocked and visually engaging environment. IDEAL CANDIDATE Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within a retail or showroom setting. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Proficient in time management and task prioritization. Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is advantageous.
