Job Description
Silicon Systems Validation Engineer is sought to strengthen the company's Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) Semiconductor design and test validation team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 5+ years' experience in IC and system validation. Key responsibilities include debugging faulty products, working with cross-functional teams, and designing test solutions for characterization of UWB ICs.
**Job Responsibilities:**
• Debug faulty products and root-cause analysis
• Work with cross-functional teams on UWB application in customer products
• Partner with project management and engineering leadership on lab characterization plans for UWB ICs
• Design test solutions for characterization of UWB ICs
• Identify test-gaps and build solutions to improve time-to-market
• Design, build and execute lab characterization tests using automated test software
• Debug, analyze and report on IC functionality and performance
• Analyze large datasets and contribute measurement results to product datasheet
**Key Requirements:**
• Strong degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• 5+ years' experience in IC and system validation
• Experience in evaluating/characterizing ICs, preferably wireless ICs
• Experience in C programming in Embedded microcontroller environments
• Experience with automated test equipment set-ups and scripting
• Well-versed in the usage of lab equipment
• RF experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of one or more wireless technologies is desirable
• Systematic problem-solving approach and strong desire to see product succeed
