Job Description
A highly skilled Telecom Antenna Specialist is sought to identify suitable locations and negotiate lease agreements in Germany.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Search for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identify potential landlords
- Complete site visits, capturing geospatial data and visual reports
- SUCCESSFULLY SIGN LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH LANDLORDS THROUGH NEGOTIATION
- Maintain up-to-date information in custom software
- THRIVE IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT ALONGSIDE OTHER TALENTED AND INNOVATIVE INDIVIDUALS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native level of German with fluency in English
- Ability to travel throughout Germany for business
- EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR NEGOTIATIONS, DIRECT OUTBOUND SALES OR EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN OVERTSOLDING FOR INBOUND
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
