Site Architect Galway A well established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Site Architect to oversee a large-scale project through the construction stage in Galway. The ideal Architect must have a proven track record in a similar role, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Site Architect will work closely with the Project Architectural team, Client Representatives and Contractors. Key Responsibilities & Duties include: Based on site assisting the Project Architectural team in ensuring all works on-site comply with relevant regulations and standards. Conduct daily inspections, document project progress, and resolve issues as they arise Serve as the primary contact for the client's site representatives, maintaining professional relationships and updating project team Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve queries as they arise Coordinate with various design professionals including engineers and other stakeholders Implement and uphold quality control measures across the project Ensure that all site activities align with building regulations, and environmental standards and client specifications Maintain accurate records of site inspections and corrective actions taken by contractors.
