ProSource are recruiting a Site Clerk on behalf of their client who are a Main Building Contractor on a mixed-use development in Athlone. The role requires managing daily administrative tasks, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the site operates efficiently. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Maintain accurate daily records of site operations, including deliveries, personnel, and site visitors. Handle all documentation, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring everything is organised and accessible for the project team. Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, including site diaries and progress reports. Manage site paperwork, including drawings, safety documents, RFIs, and material orders. Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and stock levels. Check deliveries for accuracy and condition, updating inventory records accordingly. Assist the Health & Safety Officer by maintaining and updating site safety records. Act as a point of contact between the site management team, subcontractors, and suppliers. Keep track of on-site staff attendance and report any discrepancies to site management. Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting any delays or issues to the Project Manager. Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and local regulations. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Clerk, or similar role in construction, preferably on mixed-use or large-scale developments. Relevant qualification in Construction, Project Management, or Administration (advantageous but not essential). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
