Role: Site Clerk Client: Main Contractor Location: Longford Salary: €40k to €45k + company benefits Schedule:Mon-Friday / No weekends This is a full-time role with a leading main contractor in Longford. The role will be full-time site based. Role: Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. Coordinating with directors, assisting them with all admin queries Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of documentation. Working with purchasing to order materials and with logistics to deliver them Use document management software to upload, track, and manage documents. Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures. Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards. Experience: 1 year of document control or site admin experience Some construction knowledge would be great but not necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
