Job Description

Design Build Search is working with a rapidly growing building services company that retains guiding principles of trust, innovation, and delivery of excellence. They specialise in the rapid build delivery of large scale commercial, residential and educational buildings executing technically advanced building projects and embracing innovative technologies to pioneer the future of construction. Responsibilities of the role include; Site Administration: Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to review and update site documentation such as Health & Safety Plan, Traffic Management Plan (TMP), Emergency Response Plan, etc. Review subcontractor documents, including insurance, safety statements, and inductions. Ensure all subcontractor documents (RAMS, SPA, Permits) are submitted for site team review. Add subcontractors to management systems like Procore and Hammertech. Follow up on expired training certificates and equipment certifications. Raise site requisitions by gathering quotes and submitting requests. Upload and review site drawings. Track and follow up on overdue snags and observations. Assist with Last Planner System (LPS) activities. Attend pre-start meetings to ensure access to required systems. Complete incident reports and work with the PM to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain a sign-in and sign-out register at all times. Upload delivery dockets on a weekly basis. Procore & Hammertech Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the point of contact for site team and subcontractor inquiries. Raise any issues with the Quality Systems Controller. Quality & Health & Safety Audit Contact: Act as the primary contact for quality and health & safety audits. BCAR Compliance: Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate submission of ancillary certificates for BCAR compliance. File ancillary and commissioning certificates into the Document Management System for homebond sign-off. Qualifications, Skills & Experience; 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with prior experience in construction being an advantage. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and database systems. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities. Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
