Job Description

Our client, a reputable and long-established property developer, is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team for a high-quality residential project in Cork City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical aspects on-site, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, and quality control. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and building regulations. Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any technical issues. Monitor site progress and provide technical reports to the project team. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times. Assist in project planning, material procurement, and resource allocation. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least 2 years experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects. Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station).
