Leading residential developer seeks experienced Site Engineer for multiple projects in Dublin area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set out gridlines and levels for groundwork and RC frame contractors, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Coordinate site drawings and monitor quality control for subcontractors' work.
• Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
• Maintain site records and quality assurance documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in engineering.
• HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
• Methodical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
