Job Summary: Site Engineer required for a leading main contractor in North Dublin, delivering high-quality residential developments.
About the Role:
- Manage Health and Safety on-site, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform setting out on-site in accordance with design plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers.
- Manage site records and ensure all documents are updated and maintained.
- Support the Site Manager with coordinating trades and resolving issues.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of site activities, material deliveries, and inspections.
About the Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Relevant Engineering degree.
- Strong technical knowledge, including experience with setting-out equipment (GPS, total station, etc.).
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and health and safety requirements.
