Site Engineer required for a leading residential developer in Dublin, overseeing quality control, site drawings, and subcontractor management.
Excel Recruitment is partnering with a leading residential developer to hire an ambitious Site Engineer to join their award-winning team.
Our client is seeking Junior to Intermediate Site Engineers to work on a large pipeline of projects across Dublin on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate quality control for subcontractors
- Coordinate site drawings and manage setting out for subcontractors
- Supervise groundworks, civil engineering, and concrete frame contractors
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Keep detailed site records and quality assurance documentation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
