The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adhering to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per the design, specifications, and safety protocols. Carry out setting out, levelling, and surveying tasks on-site to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure efficient project progress. Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve any on-site technical issues. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Keep accurate site records, documentation, and reports. Assist with resource planning and project scheduling. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in site engineering within civil engineering or construction. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and health & safety standards. Skilled in the use of engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station).
