Site Engineer Location: Dublin Project: Residential Development (Over 500 Units - Apartments) Company: Highly Respected Tier 1 Contractor Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum Job Description: Overview: Client looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join their team for a large-scale residential development .The project involves the construction of over 1000 units, including both houses and apartments, in collaboration with a large developer. This position offers the chance to work with a leading Tier 1 contractor known for delivering top-quality residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of the construction site. Ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Conducting site surveys, setting out, and levelling tasks. Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and developers. Managing site documentation, including reports, records, and drawings. Resolving technical issues and providing solutions as needed. Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of milestones. Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on-site. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in large-scale residential projects. Proficient in using construction-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Skills and Certifications: Professional Engineering certification or equivalent. Strong project management and organisational skills. Proficiency in surveying equipment and software.
