We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Site Engineer. Responsibilities: • Utilize your expertise to accurately set-out construction elements, ensuring alignment with project specifications and drawings. • Oversee and manage concrete operations, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Demonstrate proficiency in groundworks and earthworks, overseeing excavation, grading, and other site preparation activities. • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, measurements, and as-built drawings. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry. • Strong background in setting-out, with a proven track record of precise and accurate work. • Proficiency in concrete operations, groundworks, and earthworks. • Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and relevant regulations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. • Relevant degree or qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
