Site Engineer sought for major residential project in Portlaoise, Ireland, with 2+ years of experience in site engineering, to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set out, level, and survey the site to ensure precise implementation of designs
- Supervise site works, ensuring quality control throughout the construction process
- Liaise with project manager, contractors, and design teams to resolve technical queries
- Oversee health and safety compliance on-site, promoting a culture of safety first
- Manage subcontractors, track progress, and ensure timely completion of key milestones
- Provide technical support, ensuring adherence to project drawings and specifications
- Maintain accurate site records, including reports, drawings, and digital models
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in a site engineering role, preferably on residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and design principles
- Proficient in setting out, using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
