Site Engineer | Wexford | Residential/Civil €50k-€75k (DOE) A well-established, residential developer is seeking site engineers from Junior to Senior level for a Residential/Civil project in Wexford Town, Wexford. Setting out experience is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate setting out, leveling, and surveying of the site, ensuring all works are aligned with design specifications and project plans Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and precision in all setting out tasks Work closely with the Site Manager and construction team to oversee the quality and progress of work, ensuring the site meets all safety and building regulations Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting issues as they arise Implement quality control procedures on-site, performing routine inspections and checks on materials, construction processes, and final works Actively promote and enforce Health & Safety practices on-site, conducting regular safety checks and ensuring risk assessments are up to date Maintain daily records of site activities, measurements, and setting out tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate and available for project reporting Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Site Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in setting out for residential construction Proficient in setting out tools and equipment, including total stations, GPS systems, and laser levels Competency in construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and familiarity with digital project management tools Reach out to Matthew at matthew.wals, or on LinkedIn at for more information Skills: "setting out" "site engineering" "levelling" Benefits: Negotiable
