Job Description:
Lead and be responsible for completion of designated tasks, working across multiple project aspects to deliver build quality.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in engineering/construction management
- RC frame experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out surveys for record and set out for subcontractors, including gridlines & levels for RC frame, foundation, floor slab, building services, site services, house plots, boundaries etc.
- Liaise with Design Team to resolve on site design queries
- Review and comment on drawings, raising RFIs as necessary
- Perform continuous inspections and quality audits to evaluate and ensure quality of sub-contractor works and specifications
- Ensure issues are raised and resolved in a timely manner
- Lead technical submittals, benchmarks and inspection management
- Participate in project monitoring to prevent project delays
- Provide assistance during handover, including snagging, as built documentation, preparation of Safety File etc
- Document management, including inspection and reporting records
