We are working with a leading chemical company offering a range of chemical distribution solutions tailored to suit our customers' specific requirements. The Site Access Controller is responsible for the controlling of vehicle access/egress for the Damastown site. Also, the continuous monitoring of activities on site ensuring site rules are always being followed. Key Responsibilities: Access Management: Oversee and control entry and exit to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access. Compliance Enforcement: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements regarding site access. Identification and Verification: Verify credentials and identity of visitors, contractors, and employees before granting access. Monitoring and Surveillance: Utilize security systems, including CCTV and alarms, to monitor site activity and respond to security breaches. Incident Response: Act as the first responder to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services and internal teams. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of access logs, visitor information, and incidents for audit and compliance purposes. Skills Required: High level of competency using computer systems. Excellent decision-making skills. Familiarity with all business functions. Problem-solving aptitude. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
