Seeking a General Foreman for a high-density residential development in South County Dublin, with a leading Irish Developer.
The company is a family-based business with a good reputation, and the project involves an apartment development on a tight site.
Key responsibilities include managing logistics, sub-contractors, and personnel, with excellent communication and management skills required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Foreman/Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Developer
- Experience taking projects through from start to finish
- Residential development experience (housing or apartments)
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + package
