Highly experienced Foreman sought for lead role in high-density residential development in South County Dublin.
The SSA Group is proud to partner with a leading Irish Developer on this exciting project, a family-owned business with an excellent reputation in the industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complex residential developments, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from start to finish.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing logistics and coordinating with sub-contractors
- Developing and implementing project plans
- Motivating and managing personnel
- Ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience at Foreman/Site Manager level
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A trade qualification or construction-related qualification
A competitive salary of €70,000 - €80,000 + benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.
