Job Description
Job Summary: Experienced Site Foreman needed to plan, programme and execute projects to a high standard. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, ensuring health and safety protocols are met, managing traffic and completing site inductions.
- Liaise with Projects/Contracts Managers
- Supervise various on-site teams and provide clear direction on weekly tasks and objectives
- Complete projects to agreed specification, quality, cost and programme
- Supervise Health and Safety and ensure all protocols are met
- Manage traffic on site
- Complete site inductions
- Attend site management meetings
- Complete site records including time sheets and progress reports
- Civils experience
- Confident in managing site teams
- Ability to adapt and work to deadlines
- Full driving license
