Opportunity to join well established global manufacturing organisation.Will be the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. This role is critical in executing our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement, this position also works closely with local senior management within specific business unit to develop and implement predominately medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy.Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for senior leaders to improve their leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insight, and business performance.Play an integral part within leadership teams, having the credibility and business knowledge to be consulted and to actively contribute to overall business decisions at a local site level.ExperienceDegree with strong knowledge of Irish labor laws and related legislation.Minimum of 5 years professional work in similar Human Resources function with responsibilities such as business partnering, generalist HR experience (recruiting, training, compensation, benefits)Employee development and performance management.Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeedApproachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levelsDesires employee-facing work; willingness to make horizontal moves to develop HR expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
