Job Description

This role leads the integrated facilities management for CBRE GWS on a pharmaceutical site in Waterford, overseeing delivery, monitoring, and control of all services. The successful candidate will manage the business by engaging with the customer, supervising facilities and maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with current good manufacturing practices. Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing contracts and budgets, and ensuring customer focus and quality compliance. The role requires a technical engineering background and pharmaceutical GMP experience. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, management, and development of assigned contracts, own operational budgets, and manage employees in a safe working environment. The position involves ensuring customer focus, quality compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing in-scope calibration programs, delivering continuous improvement, and building positive relationships with clients and customers. The role requires managing outsourced IFM relationships, leading a team of operational employees, and working closely with them to foster team excellence and support their development. The successful candidate will also develop facility management KPIs and maintain tracking tools to monitor department commitments and assignments related to compliance and quality systems. The position involves developing detailed shutdown schedules, partnering with site maintenance technicians, and analyzing data from the computerized maintenance management system. The ideal candidate will maintain c-GMP records, develop and implement standard operating procedures for facilities, and follow escalation policies for critical issues. The role requires hosting quarterly business reviews with key managed service providers, managing soft services, and managing hard services, including HVAC systems, black utilities, and non-validated HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, a mechanical or electrical qualification, and previous pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and development of assigned contracts, owning operational budgets, and managing employees in a safe working environment. The position requires ensuring customer focus, quality compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing in-scope calibration programs, delivering continuous improvement, and building positive relationships with clients and customers.
