Job Description
A Site Manager is required to work on large, prestigious residential projects for a top 5 Main Contractor in Ireland. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience, knowledge of construction techniques and methods, and strong communication skills.
* Manage employees, subcontractors, and materials to ensure safe and effective delivery of contract works
* Ensure site works are carried out efficiently to achieve optimum commercial results
* Manage contract costs within budget and programme
* Implement Quality Management System and ensure compliance with specification
* Ensure adequate resources are in place for contracts
* Have a minimum of 5 years construction Site Manager Experience
* Experience of working on pharmaceutical projects essential
* Knowledge of current construction techniques, safety policies, and quality procedures
* Familiar with MS Office applications
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
