Job Title: Site Manager Residential Location: Dublin City Centre (South Side Site) Salary: €60K - €70K (DOE) with other benefits Our client, a well established construction organisation, is seeking to recruit an experiencedSite Managerfor residential projects. This role will be based primarily at one of their South Side locations, but candidates must be willing to travel to other sites as projects progress. The salary range is between €60,000 and €70,000, with a competitive benefits package. The Role As aSite Manager, you will oversee the management and delivery of high-end residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within specification, and on budget while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for leading the on-site team and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall site, including day-to-day supervision of works, facilities, services, and communication with neighbours Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, complying with industry regulations, BCAR inspection, and safety protocols Oversee the performance of main contractor staff and service providers, ensuring quality and training standards are met Implement and coordinate project programmes, issuing detailed schedules to subcontractors Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor to address contractors' needs, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships Conduct regular site inspections, identifying safety hazards and areas for improvement Manage on-site activities and coordinate procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness Ensure health and safety procedures are implemented to the highest standard of compliance Qualifications and Skills Construction qualification or trade qualification preferred but not essential Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in residential/domestic projects Strong knowledge of building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation Expertise in setting out and inspecting various elements during construction Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and subcontractors Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to site management and reporting Fluent oral and written English is essential Benefits Package Salary range: €60K - €70K (dependent on experience) 20 Days Annual Leave plus 10 Days Public Holidays CWPS Pension Scheme & CWPS Sick Pay Scheme Vehicle package, Laptop, and Mobile provided For further information, please contact: Fiona Ralph at GHL Recruitment Skills: BCAR inspection experience budget control excellent communication Benefits: pension sick attractive salary
