Due to continuing expansion, Summerhill Construction are seeking motivated Site Managers / Foreman to join our team. The successful candidates will work across various projects.Summerhill Construction is a diverse and experienced family-run contractor based in Donoughmore Co. Cork. We consistently strive to be a progressive, open employer focusing on development and growth.SUMMARY OF ROLE:We are looking for a driven, energetic, and enthusiastic Site Manager & Working Foreman with commercial experience to join our growing organization operating in Munster.RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaise with Directors, project team, design team, and subcontractors throughout the project.Plan and coordinate all site operations.Resource and schedule work and materials in line with the construction program.Regular progress reporting.Maintain the highest standards of health and safety.Maintain all site records, certs, etc.Work closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and QS, advising on upcoming issues.Key Skills & Experience:Commercial construction management/supervisory experience (+5 years)Excellent communication skills, both verbally and writtenComputer literate and experience with MS OfficeGood manager with motivational skillsIndependent and team worker, who leads by exampleGroundworks/Civils experience (Irish Water an advantage)Ideally, a background in carpentrySafe Pass (CSCS an advantage)COMPANY BENEFITS:Salary negotiableFull time/permanent employmentPerformance bonusCompany pensionCompany vehicle / car allowanceExpenses paidEmployee Assistance ProgrammeProfessional development & training opportunitiesGreat working conditions with a progressive company #J-18808-Ljbffr
