Role We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team in Kildare. As Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the construction and delivery phases of our projects, ensuring the company's ongoing success in securing and delivering high-quality real estate developments. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Interpret and implement project plans and specifications. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise. Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure effective communication and project success. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all works are in compliance with contractual requirements. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Promote a positive and collaborative site culture, fostering teamwork and a commitment to excellence. Experience & Skills Ideally looking for an experienced site manager; however, we are open to looking at a foreman with experience in residential construction. Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Full driving license. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
