A leading Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project in County Cork, focusing on delivering high-quality projects on time and to the highest standards.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, with a background in trade and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
- Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety, and environmental standards
- Preparing project, programme, and risk management plans
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel on site
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and implementing daily and weekly programmes
