Experienced Site Manager sought for healthcare project in County Cork, requiring 5+ years of similar experience and strong trade background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with planning, health and safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare project, programme, and risk management plans
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and operational staff
- Implement daily and weekly programmes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Trade background highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Working knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards
