Job Summary: Experienced Site Manager sought for Residential project in West Cork with 10+ years management experience on Residential projects. Management of on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safe working culture and smooth project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Ensure works are carried out as per programme.
Attend contract review meetings with stakeholders.
Maintain safe workplace, systems of work, and competent personnel.
Record daily activity logs.
Liaise with trade professionals and subcontractors for materials and coordination.
Manage site staff, direct to work areas, and conduct site meetings.
Ensure work areas are clear and ready for handover.
Requirements:
10+ years site management experience.
Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
Detailed knowledge of site procedures.
Ability to manage and motivate clients, subcontractors, and labour force.
Strong client focus and drive to motivate a successful team.
Construction Trade or Engineering qualification.
