Site Manager Cork CSR group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a healthcare project in County Cork. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong working knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
The company, one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors, is expanding its Munster team and looking for a candidate who can achieve demanding time and quality targets. The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring compliance with planning, health and safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare project, programme, and risk management plans
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, operational staff, and personnel on site
- Implement daily and weekly programmes, and issue programme details to subcontractors

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of building regulations and certification standards
- Trade background highly beneficial
